1. Orders

All our prices include VAT regarding your country of origin. Shipping costs are automatically added to your order at checkout.

We process your order as soon as possible within 1–4 working days. At peak times (campaigns, launches and public holidays) shipping times may be slightly longer. You can check estimated delivery times by countries from the chart above.

For fast delivery times, we are unable to add or change products to an order, or merge multiple orders afterwards. If you want to order more products, please place a new order.

2. Payments

We offer secure credit card payments in our store.

Payment Methods: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard

Our payment service provider is Klarna AB. Payment service provider forwards the payment to the seller. Klarna processes your personal information in accordance with applicable law and Klarna's Privacy Statement.

3. Discount codes & vouchers

Please note that you can use only one discount or voucher code for an order. Codes and vouchers are always for single use and cannot be divided in to different orders or be replaced in case of return. If you have a problem with discount code provided by us, please contact our customer service info@nosh.fi.

4. Delivery

You can find shipping costs and estimated delivery times above from the chart. Shipping costs are automatically added to the order at checkout.

Please note that most of the pick-up locations only hold parcels for 7 days and after that automatically return them to sender. We charge 25 € processing fee for orders not collected from the pick-up point and being send back to us.


5. Returns

We hope you shop responsibly and buy garments you can love and enjoy for a long time. If the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, don't worry, we got you covered.

We offer 14-days return policy for all our items. The return time starts from the moment you receive your package.

We charge 12,90€ processing fee for a returned order.  Return fee includes return delivery provided by us.

If you want to exchange the product for another size, colour, or another product, please place a new order and return the original product.

5.1 The condition of the product when returned

Returned items must be in original condition; unused, clean, unwashed, and completely new.

Please return the products in their original packaging. We check the condition of the returned garment before returning the payment. If the product has defects in the matters, we reserve the right not to refund the full paid price.

For products purchased as a product bundle, return all the products bundle includes. If you have received a complimentary gift based on your products or order amount, please return gift product with your returned items if the terms are no longer met.

Check all items carefully as received and before using or washing them. If you have any observations or questions, please report them to us immediately.

Special conditions regarding the return of sock products: If the belt of the sock package has been opened, we will make a partial refund of the item. We deduct 5€ from the price of one pair of packages. For a package of two pairs, deduct is 8€.

5.2 Return processing time

Please note that we will not accept returns which are made after 14 business days. 

We will do our best to process your return as soon as possible. It usually takes 10-20 business days to process the return and transfer the money after we have received your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.

5.3 Refund 

When your return has been processed, information about the amount to be refunded is automatically sent to our payment provider. Klarna sends you a message regarding the refund, usually during the same day. Please check also your emails spam folder.

Alternatively, if you have saved your card information to Klarna, you can see all your purchases and invoices by logging into Klarna or by downloading the Klarna app from Google Play or the Apple Store.

It usually takes about 10-20 business days to process the return and transfer the money after receiving the return. Klarna will refund the amount you paid according to the payment method of your order.

5.4 Return instructions

Please return the garments in their original packaging. (See section: 5.1)

Fill out and attach the shipping list that came with the order or similar information to the return package on a separate piece of paper. To process returns, we need:

1. order number
2. customer name
3. for each product to be returned, information on whether it is a return or a notification of a faulty garment

You have received a return label with your shipment. Please attach it on top of the package so that the shipment’s original barcode is not visible. If you didn’t receive return label on your package, please contact Customer Service at info@nosh.fi. We will send you a new one by email (PDF).

     

6. Problems with shipment or faulty garments

Shipment

Unfortunately, sometimes shipment has gone missing during shipment, or the wrong garment has been delivered to the customer, the customer should notify us immediately by email at info@nosh.fi. 

We will contact you as soon as possible.


If the parcel has been damaged during shipment, a complaint regarding the damaged item must be done immediately to the courier company. 

Faulty garments

If you notice that you have received a faulty garment or notice it later during use, please contact Nosh customer service as soon as possible by email at info@nosh.fi.

Please send the following information in your email so we can process your complaint:

  • Order number
  • Product name and size
  • A brief description of the faulty
  • A photo illustrating the faulty
